I’m 15 weeks pregnant, 16 on Thursday. The last appointment I had was October 1st, and it was the first time we herd the baby’s heart beat. So it was still alive then.
When I was younger I was constipated a lot because I was born with a narrow passage way or something, and I know constipation is normal during pregnancy but mine is REALLY bad. Sometimes I don’t have a bowel movement for more than 5 days. I take co-lace sometimes because it’s the only thing they said I can take for medicine, but it really doesn’t do anything.
I think it’s mostly my own fault. I don’t drink a lot of water each day or eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and whole grain cereal or anything..

Sometimes I forget to take my prenatal vitamins, could that be it?
It’s confusing also because my stomach gets hard down toward my vagina sometimes so I can’t figure out if it’s because I’m constipated or if it’s the baby.
My mom said last night you can’t feel the baby unless it moves, that’s true right?
so I’m kind of freaking out because it hasn’t moved yet obviously, I’m really constipated, and I’m just stressing myself out because I’m afraid I had a miscarriage and didn’t know about it in the past 4 1/2 weeks since we’ve been to the doctor.

also, I’ve heard that more discharge is normal, and I have that. But SOMETIMES it’s like a yellowy color, and looks like kind of tissue stuff. I’m not sure what that’s about..
I get regular pregnancy pains, they aren’t even bad. I can work, walk, everything else.
I can still have sex, it just hurts a little after but it was doing that even before we heard the heart beat. My mom thinks it hurts after wards because of the pressure and my constipation.

I’m going to bring the constipation problem up on Wednesday when we go to the doctor, but is there anything anyone can tell me regarding anything I’ve said? I’m just really scared and concerned. I’ve always been paranoid. I mean I’d know if I lost the baby these past 4 weeks wouldn’t I?

The discharge I’m talking about usually is sometimes a faded yellow after I go to the bathroom, so maybe it could be colored like that from the urine?
It ends up on the toilet paper when I wipe..
