i just started taking birth control pills a couple days ago, and i ordered both acai berry 500 and total cleanse. total cleanse cleans ur colon, so maybe it’ll interfere with my birth control pills. which im very worried about, im planning on combining these two diets. here is the site where i heard it from (but there is no contact address for questions):

Acai Berry For healthy Colon?

My doctor tells me i have a lazy colon, so sometimes i dont go to the bathroom for days :S
I bloat out and look sometimes like i’m pregnant. I have pills for it but i dont like how they work. But i heard Acai Berry pills were very good for colon health

and just health in general. I’ve heard about weight loss, but i dont need to lose weight just go to the bathroom (5’8 female and 138pounds) So i was wondering if anyone is taking or drinkin if u have juice Acai berry and can maybe inform me a bit about it?

Just something i thought of.

Me and my mother are on a Acai Berry diet along with Colon Cleansers, and it’s working!

But something occured to me.
It may just be because i’m exercising more than her,
But i noticed that i’m loosing more weight than she is in the same time frame.
She say’s it’s because i’m young.

Can you loose more weight when you’re young? (I’m 18, she’s 47)
If so, why?

I have taken an interest in the Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. I recieved both bottles and they both say take two capsules a day but not whether I should take them together, or through out the day. The only really thing I know for certain is not at night! Now I work out 3 to 4 times a week and hoping this will help on my pursuit to a healthy life. Does anyone with some back ground in this have any ideas?
