My friend and I were thinking of doing a colon cleanse. One of our other friends tried it and said it made her feel so much healthier. So she gave us the instructions, which were as follows;
get purified water and mix in cayenne pepper, lemon/lime juice and grade b maple syrup. Drink one bottle per day and dont eat anything for at most a week or however long your body allows. This way your not filling your body with the same toxins your trying to wash out.
I’m not sure if this is right or not though. Not eating does not sound good to me but she said that the drink would be giving me nutrients and energy.
Does this sound right to anyone??
if not, whats the right way to do a colon cleanse?
P.S. I did buy lots of fruit and veggies and nuts and have been eating that today. But what about eggs?
