I drink a lot of water.
And recently I have taken up exercise each day, and eating one meal of vegetables on top of my already healthy diet, which avoids unhealthy foods.
Why have I started getting diahorrea? I had small, light brown pencil thin stools also, one day, the diahorrea the next. My stomach hurts when I jump tramp, and once or twice I got a small pain. Help me please! I have always had a healthy diet, this isnt really a dramatic change for me.
Just today it hurts when I jump. Not any other.
