How bad does constipation get during pregnancy?

I have heard that constipation is a side effect of being pregnant but how bad does it get. i not been able to go toilet properly for weeks now. i have tried different medication and also suppositories but not alot of help.

Yes my 3 children all under 6 have sickness and diahorrea and so do i!! (they are all watching tv at mo peace) is there anything i can do to help the pressure of me? As i am knackered nearly 15 weeks pregnant. I am doing all the sensible things like sipping drinks eating dry toast. Is there anything i can do to speed the process up??
Bit fed up as my morning sickenss stopped at 12 weeks now i am sick again grrrrrr

Why are my lips so chapped and why are my hands and feet rough? Why am i so knackered? The baby is fine kicking around jumping basically moving. Its me who is knackered
Sorry meant to add i have sickness too could it be this nonvirus in the (UK) that is going about? IF so how did i catch it?

i am at the toilet about 4 times a day,sumtimes with cramps.i was 9 stone before i fell pregnant and now i am only 9lb 6 is this normal,please help

21 weeks pregnant with bad constipation?

i have bad constipation and when I poo it really hurts and quite a bit of blood comes out, not every time i go to the loo but every so often when it is tougher to pass a stool. It is a real bright red blood.

Also my bum has been very itchy too. I never had this sort of thing with my 1st pregnancy. Will it go away after having the baby? Do any piles creams etc work?

Please help any people who have had the same problem during pregnancy?
